Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes — every piece in my Originals collection is one of a kind.
Painted by hand, in my studio, with materials I love and trust.
I don’t sell prints of these pieces. Once they find a home, that’s it — they’re gone for good.
-
Absolutely.
I love creating deeply personal pieces — portraits, stories, moments turned into texture and color.
We’ll talk about your vision, your mood, or the person you want to honor. You don’t need to be “artsy” to commission something meaningful.

Yes, but in a soft, intentional way.
I sometimes use AI to explore form or composition — like a sketchbook with endless pages.
But I always paint the final piece myself. Every decision is human.
AI isn’t the artist. I am.
It’s just one of many tools — like paper, water, or intuition.

With great care and softness.
- Originals are wrapped by hand, cushioned safely, and shipped with tracking.
- Art gifts (like shirts or mugs) are printed and shipped using trusted print partners around the world, depending on your location.
You’ll always get a shipping notification — and I’ll keep you updated until it’s in your hands.
-
Yes — most of my collectors are outside of Vietnam.
I ship worldwide, unless your country has restrictions or known issues with carriers.
If you’re unsure, just send me a message — I’m happy to double-check for you.
-
It depends on the piece:
- Original artworks: usually ship within 5–7 business days.
- Commissions: 1–3 weeks depending on the complexity and conversation.
- Print-on-demand items (mugs, shirts): production takes 3–7 days + shipping time.
If you have a gift deadline, let me know — I’ll do my best.
-
Yes, and I love that.
For commissions and originals, I’m happy to include a handwritten note or soft gift wrap.
For print-on-demand items, you can include a gift message at checkout.
Just mention it when you order — or email me.

Because each piece is made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, I don’t offer returns for change of mind.
But if something arrives damaged or not as expected, I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
You can always reach me directly — I respond personally to every message.

Of course.
Art is emotional — and sometimes we need a little reflection before we decide.
If you’re torn between two pieces, or unsure if a commission is right for you, just ask.
I’m here — not to sell, but to guide.
